Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026

The short version: Wavelle does not collect your personal or health data. It stays on your iPhone, and in your own iCloud account if you turn on sync. We have no accounts, no servers holding your data, no ads and no tracking. This website collects nothing either.

Who we are

Wavelle is made by MiRa Ventures, Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Wavelle iPhone app and the website wavellehealth.com (and wavelle.app).

What the app collects

Nothing, for us. Everything you enter, including period and flow logs, symptoms and check-ins, medications, reminders, lab results, screener answers and Doctor Reports, is stored on your device. We never receive it.

iCloud sync

If you enable sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud database, operated by Apple under your Apple Account. Sensitive fields are encrypted before they leave your device. We cannot access your iCloud data. Apple's handling of iCloud is covered by Apple's privacy policy. Sync records are written on a regular daily schedule whether or not you log anything, so their timing doesn't reveal your cycle.

No accounts, no tracking

Wavelle has no sign-up and no user accounts. The app contains no third-party SDKs: no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or attribution tools. We do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share data, because we don't have any.

Doctor Reports and sharing

Doctor Reports are generated on your device. A report leaves your phone only when you choose to share it, for example by AirDrop, email or printing, and then it goes only to whoever you choose.

Purchases

Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We do not receive your name, payment details or Apple Account information. Apple may share aggregate, non-identifying sales information with us, as it does with all developers.

Children and teens

Wavelle is for ages 13 and up. Teen use is private by default. Because we collect no personal information, we do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children under 13. Where available, the app may use Apple's age-range features, which tell the app only an age range, not a birthdate.

This website

wavellehealth.com is a static website. It uses no cookies, no analytics, no third-party scripts, fonts or embeds, and no forms. Like any web server, ours may briefly keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability. We don't use them to identify or profile visitors.

Deleting your data

Delete data inside the app, or delete the app. To remove synced data, delete it in the app with sync on, or remove Wavelle's data in iPhone Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Because we hold no copy, there is nothing for us to delete on our side.

Your rights

Laws such as the GDPR and US state privacy laws give you rights to access, correct and delete personal data. Since we don't hold personal data about you, you can exercise those rights directly on your device. You're always welcome to contact us with questions.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date. If we ever wanted to collect data, we would ask for your permission first in the app.
